Check all battery connections. They must be clean and tight. If after market cable ends remove the bolts and check the wire for corrosion. Also check where the negative battery cable connects to the frame and motor. With multi meter put positive test lead on positive battery terminal and the negative test lead on metal of the motor. If it reads no voltage then it's either dead battery or loose/bad battery connection.
