WHY TRANSMISSION SHIFTING HANG-UP, ESPECIALLY IN COLD WEATHER?

Let it warm up IN NEUTRAL for about 5 minutes. I can't stress that enough. The transmission doesn't pump fluid unless it's in neutral.
