disable speed limiter (ES MODEL)

I have a 1998 Dodge Stratus ES 2.5L V6, Autostick i drive it only 2 months every Summer in Europe( 40,000KMS driven), how can i disable the Speed limiter?Can I conect A switch to the wire of the Speed Limiter.What wire is of the (ECU Box), Does anyone know?

I think is a computer that shuts the engine off. You'd have to as a dealer how to disable it.
