1995 Neon Headlight retaining ring

I'm looking for a replacement retaining ring . It's the black plastic collar that holds the headlight bulb to the headlight assembly. Anyone know where I can find one ?

dealer, junkyard or ebay 95-99 all the same with the 9007 headlamp bulb.
