my 1999 dodge stratus is not shifting and my speedometer stopped working

Abs speed sensor..

Unless it's a cable speedo.. then u have 2 issues and I'd be looking into tps sensor issues with the circuit .. Transmission won't shift if the pcm don't tell it to boys.. your speed sensor and throttle positioning sensor relay the message to your computer.

I checked my fluid when my car was warm, running, and in neutral. I also changed the in and out sencors.
