2013 Chevrolet Malibu, Drivers side vents (all) bring in outside air. Hot in Summer, cold in Winter. Passenger side works.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The drivers side center(left), floor, and dash vents all bring in the outside air.
The passenger side vents work as designed.  I first noticed this Summer when
the a/c wasn't cooling as well as it should. But it wasn't until the first cold
weather that I realized it was the driver's side only.  What could be the
potential issues with this? Thanks.

The dealership in Weatherford, Texas told me what the problem was, but I'm sorry that I don't recall. Something had slid out of position The reason that I don't recall exactly is that 12 days after I posted the message, I was hit head on an my car totaled. So, I never had to really deal with the issue.
