My 2001 Dodge Dakota with 3.9L V6 won't start or turn over. Stopped at a store and it happened when I shut it off. Seems to have nothing at the key. I cleaned the battery terminals and wire ends thinking it was corrosion. But when I tried it again, same result PLUS my dash cluster stopped working. There is no clicking or anything and the headlights and radio all work fine. I even swapped the wiper relay with the starter relay (same relay) and nothing happened. Could you help me please?

2001 Dodge Dakota 4.7L ... Truck starts, doesn't run rough, but idle is not steady and stalls constantly. I have replaced: Crankshaft position sensor, Camshaft position sensor, TPS, IAC, Battery, Battery terminals, and O2 sensors. I had even tried a different PCM, but when that didn't solve anything, I went back to the original one. At this point, I don't know what I could be overlooking. 1999 dodge dakota rt having the same problem again but now im kinda getting somewhere. Now when it doesnt start but turns all i need to do is take the thottle body off spray sprat starter fluid and it catches and starts. Now it will be good for a week maybe more and it will happen again. Could it be the oxygen sensor? Or the fuel pressure? I havent checked them yet. U guys have any ideal. These are what i replaced n checked Pcm, ips, battery, sparks plug, cleaned out the fuel injectors, fuel pump.
