how to increase power on the I4

my jeep wrangler yj has an I4 engine and losses power on inclines.  what can i do to increase the power on this engine?

you have the throttle body fuel inj. sys. This sys is like having a carb. The newer jeeps went to port fuel inj. This brought them too life. Now bak to yours, has it always run like this or are ya having prob?
