How Can I Get My Kia Optima Fix Without Taking To Dealer It says A Fuel Rail Pressure Low

Can this problem be fix by someone who works on cars so I don't have to take it to dealer

Just replace the fuel pressure regulator. You don't have to take it to a dealer. The part is very cheap. Like $45 dollars. Just held on with two bolts and a couple of lines run to it.

Just go to Rockauto or Partsgeek.com and type in fuel pressure regulator for your make and model. A pic will pop right up.
