2012 odyssey power sliding doors won't power open if van is on or started

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought it as a flood vehicle with the fuse boxes changed.  I've already put on 25,000
miles.  The only  persisting problems it got is 1)Power sliding doors won't open when
ignition is on, or car started(it'll power close; if sliding doors are open and the car is on
then there's a constant beeping sound)  2) airbag light stays on after the car is started
and 3) the a/c comes on even when it's off during time of high humidity.  The flood line
came up to the middle of the cool box.  I really want to keep the van even though I
regret getting it as a flood vehicle.

The air bag is or should be the #1 issue that you are concerned with. I assume that you have a family.

You will more than likely have elecrtical problem,s with this van,and you will have to weed them out one at a time, best thing to do is find a wiring diagram or buy you a good OCM book on it,and get very familar with it,but the first issue is as Bmark said,,get the air bag fix,ed,it could hurt you or one of you family,by just hitting a pot hole..
