how to change park neutral switch I have to play with gear leaver to engage starter

This is actually a pic from a 2004. Not sure if the 2003 has the same layout. But on the forum I found this on, said to remove the starter motor relay and put a jumper wire in terminal 10 and 11. That should make the connection and you should be able to start the car. Then remove the paper clip.
