just replaced fuel filter on 2004 ford escape because it wasn't starting. Turns and turns but won't fire. NO gas is coming out of fuel filter line - what can i check for next or do i need a fuel pump? Ouch

Check your fuel pump relay. If no pressure after replacing the relay, you will have to get a new pump.
Check fuel pump relay, check for power to the fuel pump. If you have power to the fuel pump check the fuel lines for being smashed or kinked. If all looks good and you have power to the pump, the pump is likely bad.
