i have a 2006 dodge stratus. the trans slips after it is warm. but only when i am at a low speed then accelerate. i thought about changing the filter and fluid in the trans. any suggestions?

Ya well u find out let me know lol. Mine slips only when warm also. But when cold it jerks into gear... 2- 3rd is the only gears it does

I changed the fluid and filter. Problem solved. Though when I dropped the pan all the fluid went everywhere. I recommend a large catch pan handy.

did urs slip 2nd to third when warm and jerk 2nd to 3rd when cold???
