I have a 2006 Charger with a 5.7 liter i have replaced the water pump and the thermostat and my car still overheats my top radiator hose is really hot while my lower hose is not warm to the touch

Plugged radiator? Sounds like the fluid isn't circulating once the thermostat opens to push the fluid from the radiator back into the block. Either that or you have a massive air bubble in the system. Have you tried an air bleed kit yet?
