Owners manual will have that info. But I can save you some time of opening it 5000-7500 miles is what is recommended.

I would do the first one at 3000 just because it is breaking in- after that, you have an oil life monitor that will tell you- if you aren't putting on enough miles, change it every 6 mos. because you still get condensation inside the motor. your Terrain has a synthetic blend, oil, so you can go 6-10000 miles between changes- be sure to rotate the tires at each change then to get maximum life out of those too.
