How do I replace a val covers on 1997 lhs?

I am a female and I do minor repairs on my vehicle, there is antifreeze leak, and my air
filter last for over three oil changes, never really dirty. what can this be?

I'm confused is there antifreeze in your air filter???? I'm old and easily confuse, but what are you asking?

i have lots of oil leaking down in the engine, and in two spark plugs none appears to be leaking on the ground
