how do i remove the crank drive sprocket to change the oil seal on a 2001 audi a6 2.8

Create a custom tool from 3/16 steel stock bar with holes drilled out to match those on the sprocket pully. This will prevent the sprocket from turning and f#cking up your timing. Brace the bar against something, ground, engine, whatever you can then turn the center nut to remove the drive sprocket. It will take a considerable amount of balls to break it free.
