remote factory auto start.ignition wont start

this started when it got really cold out.I've just bought my 2011 on Friday 01/15/2016 after sometime 15 minutes it will start I have used both keys to do this.The factory auto start when used it doesn't start and the computer display says to start with key

I took it back to the dealership they changed out the win module which is the ignition switch due to a faulty programming of that module \.now the truck starts fine in any condition.thank goodness for the warranty company and a very helpful staff at corwin dodge
