Ford Ranger Forum : “crower parts”

I understand that crower makes cams exhaust and other little goodies for the '04 Duratec DOHC 2.3l engine but they are listed for a focus. mine is an 05 in a Ranger.Is there anyone who has had a little fun with this engine to boost it's performance such as injecftor swap, a turbo, is there a set of cams that will work and is there a lighter replacement for the detroit header out there. I've talked to speed shops parts houses pretty much ran the gamit just wanna give a honda or two a little run due to the amount of time i'm on the road plus maybe increase milage just a smidge
