no power to fuel pump relay

I have no power to fuel pump relay. brand new fuel pump. trying to find a fuse between the ignition switch and relay but im finding nothing

The fuse in picture goes hot with key in run or start position. That fuse is for the control side of fuel pump relay. The load side of fuel pump relay, uses a different fuse, that circuit is hot all the time. Not only check the fuse, check voltage on fuse circuit.
