Where is the fuel filter on the Chrysler Cirrus 2000 located?

the fuel filter is directly above the fuel tank. The tank must be lowered a bit to gain access to remove.

Is it difficult to lower the fuel tank a little bit to replacement the fuel filter? Thanks

Regarding above, it is a 2000 Cirrus LXi if that makes a difference of where the placement is.

check recalls on car this is one of them.......... there are 9 recalls on 2000
