heat works but fan not blowing

heat is working but not blowing  after #2 switch

Your getting flow on the first setting but nothing after that? Then it's most likely to be the fan reostate.

now that i know it's the fan reostate do you have to loosen the front dash panel or you can get to it from under the dash to repair it
