Aftermarket and a good local mechanic would be the cheapest route and just as effective!

If you can easily afford one from Lincoln, I'd go that way. They many times fit much better than the aftermarket parts and they are guaranteed. I would look into what caused the catalyst to fail. Have the car's ECU scanned for fault codes especially if the check engine light is on. For an aftermarket part perhaps look at www.rockauto.com
