2003 sebring convertible 2.4

I have an 03 sebring i inserted key and it turned over and stoped like the battery was dead, Then we charged the battery and you can only here the relay click changed it and nthing, changed the starter and nothing, put a starter button, and nothing I tried jumping direct current so the starter can turn and nothing we disengaged the alarm and nothing we checkrd the wiring and nothing were the relay sits I jump there and nothig I am at ????????   help any one
