Do you know when the fuel filter and transmission filters were last changed? Have you ever considered a brake flush? Brake fluid is hygroscopic which means it absorbs moisture from the air over time. It makes the brake fluid less effective over time and the moisture can damage the metal brake lines. The problem with fuel filter, transmission filter and brake flush is that a lot of service places will charge you for the work, but not do it, because after all, if you know how to check the work, then you could have done it yourself. Nasty businesses.
