what is pzev mean? I am looking for a volkswagon jetta wagon and see this attached to model name.

practically zero emissions vehicle. just means the car has a low CO2 emission rating. If you're worried about being labeled an environmentalist stay away haha

It is a freaking CA emission thing. Who the heck cares about CA anyhow.
