1991 Seville cadilac wont crank. all my lights work brand new battery. car didnt run for bout two years i drove for the first time fine. maybe 14. miles. but now it wont strat or turn over. pls pls

Clean and inspect EVERY electrical connection on the car. Get some electrical contact cleaner and don't be afraid to use it. Start with the ground strap on the battery and go from there. It sat for 2 years and needs some attention. Also change the oil air filter and transmission fluid.
