This site says its a fair deal but 400 over... Posted for 11 days. It's through leasing out of Dallas area. What would
you suggest, if you can  the price

The dealer is going to try and get the most amount of money they can get. The leverage comment means they are willing to accept offers to sell it. Offer as as low as you want and start the haggling process with the dealer. It ultimately comes down to how low and quick they want to sell while making a profit.
