The bolt pattern will be the same if they are 5X114.3. As for the size, I don't know what generation mustang wheels your talking about so I can't really tell you.

If they're the 5 spoke rounded stock ones that popular on the GT then the bolt pattern should be the same
why would you do that to a lancer? thats such an awful idea

It's because I found a set of four mustang tires for $50 for all four, and someone, some asshole, punk kids slashed all four of my ties on my new Lancer and I can't afford new tires right now. Any other suggestions?
If it has GTS brakes, you will want to stay at 18" wheels for safe clearance. Otherwise, anything 5x114.3 PCD will work.

what's your min and max available to spend? would you be able to get to a junk yard and find wheels and tires there?
