I assume that you have checked for all the places that antifreeze can leak out of before you go tearing the engine apart. But if it is head gasket, depending on your skill level - beer breaks- 6 hours.

If the heads were done right and now the engine is running hot what could the problem be. I was told it could just be electrical.
