Help electrical problems

I have a major electrical nightmare. My entire climate control display went dead, my daytime running lights kick over to head lights everytime I start the car. I figure that it is a relay but which one? There are about twenty on this model and no one can help me as of yet so any help would be much appreciated, oh yeah and now my automatic down windows don't work either.
