What temp should a 1998 cadillac deville run

I think they came with a 180 F / 82 C thermostat. It should reach that temp and then vary depending on outside temp, RPM and engine load. The first fan should come on at 225 F. Anywhere in there will be fine. Under or over (fan(s) doesn't stop) there is an issue.
