I own a 2003 deville, one day I started to car and it worked fine so I stopped
to put some gas in it and when I started it again it had a rough idle and no
power I was told to replace to oxygen Sensors and spark plugs, so I replaced
them and the car is still having the same problems, please help.

Changed both crank position sensors. Before I parked it, it was making noise from under air filter housing and it had no power. It would chug and die if I didn't let off in time. It still does it after replacing sensors. Idle is smooth, can accelerate engine in park but no power after in gear. It makes the noise either way. Low frequency noise.
