I am thinking of buying a 06 BMW 750iL with 130k miles...how much should I pay for it?

The car is between Very good and Excellent condition with rear luxury seat package(power heated and
cooled rear seats). Prob need new brake pads and a sensor replaced in one of the seatbelt receptors.
Any suggestions, comments, know problems to look out for would be a big help!

The price is really dependent on where you live. A car like that would be cheaper in the midwest then it would on either coast. Check KBB for a good price level. Some things to watch out for on this vehicle. One is the smoke from the exhaust if it is there is a good chance the valve stem seals have started to fail in is a very expensive repair. Two look for oil leaks these can add up very fast on the N62 engine, common ones are valve covers, vacuum pump, transmission pan, upper timing covers. Always with any used car you should have it checked out by a shop who knows these cars well.
