where is fuse 54 on 2003 530i

According to my trusty Bentley Manual, page 610-29 indicates that Fuse Panel 2 (fuses F46-F66) are on the right side of your trunk, behind the trim panel. Fuse 54 is the fuel pump relay and is a 15 amp if that helps as well.
