my break light is on but I do not have it on

I think there is something wrong with the emergency break because the battery light is also on.

the break light on dash,i belive is to let you know it is getting close to changing them,battery light problery on because altenator probley going bad,or the battery is weak.

Sounds like there might be a problem with your ABS, or your brake fluid is low or your brake pedal/e-brake switch is messed up. Will need to have this looked at. Battery light will require a charging test to see if it is battery, alternator, or wiring.
