What could I do to a 2005 CTS to add around 100HP? Without buying a CTSV or a new engine..

I don't think anything you do will get anywhere near that 100HP number, besides the new 5.7L engine

If u add a intercooler not and cold air intake ....a ship. And dimante end spark plogs plus the other extras yes u can ....
