2005 freestar door ajar keeps going off

thank you Mark, but both side doors are now locked and i can not open them, latch does not go up or down and the door ajar alert goes off in sets of 3 for about 2 to 3 times

Anything ever come of this? I ask because I have a 2006 Freestar POS version and my door ajar light and tone keeps going off. I did spray with break cleaner because that will clean better than wd-40. Any ideas?

I got a 2005 Ford Freestar the doors keep going off the beeping noise and I close all the doors checked everything and are locked and closed I drive for like 5 minutes and then goes off again starts beeping a cuts off and receive do the same thing again how can I fix this problem

Possible door ajar switch need to check pids to find out which is faulty
