How to replace the rear passenger side back window

The rear passenger side window fell down inside the door and I am trying to fix it, the
motor is still working ,but the window will not go up or down, I was drive one day and I
pushed the button to roll up the window and it went off track and fell down into the door,

I hate to answer a question from someone , that my indeed be asking a genuine question , that doesn't seem to know where to even start. You have to remove the door panel first. Do you want to continue this discussion?
