the code on the scanner is p0355 i fixed almost everything i can think of i put new spark plugs change the coil change the injector and put a new computer in i still havent got any change

I swapped an engine in my 2003 Cadillac DTS with a 2006 motor and now it won’t start it’s turning over but not starting. I have power going everywhere but it won’t start. Can someone help me.
