Good tires/wheels for 2010 Cobalt Lt

I live up 7 miles of rough dirt road. Those miles absolutely destroy all the tires I've tried on my cobalt (I
think its an LT, not totally sure). Anyone have any suggestions for tires that will hold up to those roads?
Even if i have to switch out the wheels?

Snow tires with get you the best grip in the loose stuff.
