I hear a clicking noise when I turn the steerting wheel left or right, what could it be?

Recently purchased 2front tires, shortly afterwards I began hearing a clicking noise when I turn the steering wheel left or right. I havent run into any pot holes, run over anything or made any erratic turns.

did you get the right size? could be clipping the fender well.

Check your lug nuts & make sure they are tight.
