change the battery and loose use of cd player and dvd player

My battery died and was replaced.   The dvd and cd players no longer work
says initializing.  The mileage and miles to next fill are frozen as well.   How do
I get them to work?

My car betry was dead aftwr charge up my car btry now everything s working but aux option not working it shows sat 1 sat2 sat3 but not show line in ..so what should i do now
