Cranks but won't start every once in awhile - does anyone have this problem with there 2009 KIA Borrego V8? If so, what was the problem and solution?

Car only has 9K miles and every so often it cranks like it will start but doesn't. Turn the key back to off position and retry and it starts right up. Dealer is having problem with diagnosis. 2009 Borrego V8..

Hello John- wondering if you found out the problem? I to have a 2009 with same issue and out come. Third time in shop and dealer says they have no answers dont know what is wrong... Love any advise.
