Are the active headrests prone to breaking?

When you push your head back on the driver's headrest, something pushes out into your back. Is this normal?

I haven't ever had that happen. It seems like a one-off event, take it to your dealer and have them repair it under warranty.

yes,this is a normal safty feature in case of a reand collision.it helps support your spine.
