About: 2009 Lincoln Navigator Base 4WD

I understand the Lincoln Navigator for 2009 is a "Flex Fuel" is that right?
& THAT IT HAS A "CAPLESS FUEL FILL SYSTEM?
Also is this Fords Pre 2010 Version?
