09 Oitlook XR having same issue will start hen randomly after driving and not every day does this happen it does not start. Let the car sit for a while sometimes couple hours then it starts and drives fine no codes nothing. It is fine for days or weeks then it happens again. Wondering if anyone has actually had a dealer fix it as they had a for a week and can't find anything wrong.

08 Outlook XE same issue. Plenty of power, solenoid does not engage, nothing happens when I turn the key to start (except accessories shutting off like normal.) Sometimes turning the steering wheel will do the trick. Today, no steering wheel trick worked for my wife. I'll have to check when I get home tomorrow. Loose wire? Ignition switch?

No crank is a electrical problem. Ill would star checking the ign fuses on the engine fuses box. If the car crank but no star is a fuel problem check first the fuses and is they are ok follow with the part that make the car star.

I had this issue as well. The problem was the security system. It wouldn't start to spite having all lights on. There was an additional small symbol I didn't notice for a while that said "sec" and that's all. Sometimes the doors would lock on there own as well. I dont remember what was done but I do remember they said it was an easy fix. I usually do my own mechanic work but this one I let someone else do. I hope this is the problem for you because it was the cheapest fix I seen for this issue.
