My door alarms go off when no one is around the car

I am inside my house keys on the table and the car makes the beep noise and the lights
flash what makes this happen

Are you using the key to lock the door? Next time it goes off use the key to unlock it. Then,without opening the door, lock it again. That should reset the alarm.
