Engine runs very rough,hooked to scanner, read misfire on all cylinders. What am I looking at.

Since it's all cylinders, I'd look for a air/vacuum leak around the intake or throttle body.

or a sensor that keeps timing like cam and crank

If it's over 50,000 miles, you might try new spark plugs and a air filter.
