Windshield wiper fluid doesn't spray out when turned on. Is this a simple fix?

Windshield washer is not working when the switch is turned on.

Does it work at all? is it shootin' blanks? does the motor go whir-whir? the flow is choked off or the tube is disconnected?

The washer fluid was filled with water, then it froze?

Even the blue windshield fluid freezes in the nozzles if it's cold enough. The alcohol evaporates and water is left behind.

Harrison should pull his vehicle into an auto showroom, or heated assembly floor where can allow the plumbing to come up to ambient temperature, then we can see what is really wrong~
